World of Difference is an innovative programme that currently operates in 17 countries across the world, with more countries launching in 2010. To date, it has allowed over 700 individuals around the world to work for their dream charity and be paid.
Vodafone had a huge response this year with over 2,500 people signing up for the eight available places on the World of Difference International programme. Six people impressed the panel of judges and successfully made it through the rigorous selection process to become this year's international programme winners. Massive congratulations go out to them.
Emmelianna Bujak from East Dulwich, London, will be making a difference as a Conservation Biologist with the IOSF). During her placement Emmelianna will work with local communities in Cambodia to provide education that will help to preserve otter habitats around their lakes and rivers.
